A formal notice under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. The short version: we do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Our statement
Mactria Media LLC does not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. Because neither activity occurs, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of.
Why this page exists anyway
The CPRA requires businesses to provide a clear method for consumers to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. We publish this page so that the direction is available even though we are outside the definition of a business that sells or shares. It also makes our position easy to verify: this site loads no third-party scripts, sets no advertising cookies and has no analytics.
How to submit a request

- Tell us what you wantState that you wish to opt out. You may also request to know, delete or correct the limited information we hold.
- VerificationWe confirm your identity using the email address you contact us from, or by a reply to the address we hold on file. We ask for no more than is necessary.
- ResponseWe reply within forty-five days, extendable once with notice, as the CPRA allows.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to submit a request. The agent must provide written permission signed by you, and we may contact you directly to confirm that permission. One verification by either method is sufficient.
Global Privacy Control
Where a browser transmits a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honour it. Since we do not sell or share personal information and run no tracking, these signals simply confirm an arrangement that is already in place.
No discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. There is no financial incentive programme tied to personal information on this site.
Data we actually hold
In practice this consists of the email address you use to write to us and, for customers, order and refund records. The categories, purposes and retention periods are set out in our privacy policy. We do not maintain advertising profiles, and we do not track readers across websites.
