Discounts and concessions
We keep pricing simple on purpose, so there are no rotating coupon codes to hunt for and no countdown timers. Two small concessions exist. Readers who bought an earlier edition are offered the next edition at a reduced price by email. Registered non-profit organisations and public libraries can write to [email protected] for a reduced team rate. Neither concession is advertised with artificial urgency, and neither requires you to create an account to qualify.
What is included, and what is not
Every option includes lifetime access to the edition you buy. Future editions are offered at a discount to existing readers, but they are not promised in advance. Prices are one-time payments; there is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no stored card on our side, because we do not process payments ourselves.
What is not included: remote assistance, one-to-one support sessions, data recovery, or any promise of a specific amount of freed space. The amount you recover depends entirely on the contents of your Mac.
