Who it is for
- Owners of a full MacBook who want one trustworthy reference instead of ten browser tabs.
- Family “IT person” responsible for several household Macs, who needs a repeatable routine.
- Small teams that want a plain-language handout with no software to install on company machines.
- Readers who prefer paper: the PDF is laid out to print cleanly in black and white.
Who it is not for
This is not a repair manual or a data-recovery tool. If a drive has failed, if a Mac will not boot, or if files were deleted without a backup, the e-book will not recover them, and we would rather say so than take your money. It is also not a developer reference for Xcode caches beyond the practical basics, and it is not affiliated with Apple Inc.
Frequently asked
Is the e-book different from the free website?
It contains the same method, reorganised into a single document with checklists, tables and the thirty-minute routine. There is no secret extra technique that is withheld from the site.
Do I need to install anything to use it?
No. The e-book is a document. Every technique it describes uses software already present on macOS.
Will it work on an older Mac?
Most of it applies to any reasonably recent macOS release. Where a menu moved between versions, the material names both locations.
Can I get an invoice for a company purchase?
Yes. Write to [email protected] with the email address you used and any billing details you need on the document.
